Soul Infected and Mama Mia Collab
I HAD THE PLEASURE OF CONNECTING AND COLLABERATING WITH MY GUY
SOUL INFECTED
Although we reside in two different countries,he being from Finland and myself from the US,we felt an instant connection musically. With that being said we put our head's together to drop a collab that got that "Real Hip-Hop" vibe
"Chockhold Love"
Soul Infected, the name derived from two underlying definitions
A person going through really hard times from birth,so the soul of this person is constantly infected with pain but it gives strength in the same since..
In addition, the projected influence in his production style and beat making technique is warm, soulful, a bit nostalgic and often irresistibly catchy. He strongly echo's the work of mid-1990s hip-hop,in which,in his opinion is the best era. I asked him to describe his style and his response was "I just take the samples and infect them with something new"
Soul Infected-
"Mainly the style of mine is boombap. But from time to time I switch it up
to try some new styles but NEVER going too commercial.Real music, real lyrics,
real feelings and things I've seen trying to give it through the speakers. I'm lyrical,
love storytelling and to make music about my own experiences. I've Been a Emcee/producer
for so many years I've lost count.I thought I would never wanna get my name out there
but a couple of years ago I changed my mind and I've been on this mission and I'm
not backing down"...

Mama Mia shares her thought's on the Artist/Producer relationship
When you enter a recording studio, you're beginning a relationship with at least one new person: the recording engineer. A lot is riding on this person's abilities and personality during your tracking and mixing sessions. In fact, the engineer might be the most important element of the recording experience. It's a producer's job to make the tough calls and finesse the egos to get a song to where he feels it should be,that's why you generally hire a producer whose work you admire.People like Timbland and Pharell Williams have record labels standing in line to have them work with their artists - and pay ridiculous amounts of money for it too. These producers are almost more famous than the artists they produce and many have the ego to go with it,But I think the best producers are those who put the artist in the center, bring their strengths to the forefront and take them to a level they couldn't even have imagined themselves. They know when to push the artist further and when to say stop. It's impossible to explain why a certain combination of people in the studio can create magic.
That's why I work with the best, not only have we been Bff's for several years but we treat each other like family.Knowing when to separate the business aspect from the friendship aspect is difficult at times, but the artist/producer relationship we have is truly amazing.

The Best Producer A girl Could Ask For
At the end of the day, it’s a good working relationship and the trust between artist and producer that makes for the best results. So, be sure that you not only like a producer’s work but feel comfortable working with them as well. You’ll be spending a lot of time with this person and trusting them with your art, so make sure that you feel like the producer you choose is willing to give you and your music the attention necessary to get a great recording.Don't worry I wont be stingy,If you want that quality sound and great direction from an individual that is a jack of all trade's(Producer,Engineer,Artist,Videographer) . ..lock him in!!!

DyVersity is a musical group that fuses the genres of Hip-hop and R&B. The easiest and most profound way to describe the sounds of DyVersity is to imagine the blend of melodic, soulful singing, meshed with the rawness of true hip-hop style, flavor, and lyrical content. There is no doubt that they have strategically maintained a unique sound that is skillfully blended. Originality is definitely their specialty.
